Rob Pike is a managing director of both Pinto Thai Fresh Food Restaurants (Coolangatta and Tweed Heads). With his proven experience in Thai food industry, Rob has operated Pinto Thai restaurants based on the concept of a fine sensation of premium Thai cuisine. He aims at providing Thai foods to serve his valued customers with the authentic Thai recipes together with the charm of the Thai culture and lifestyle.

Our foods and ingredients
At Pinto Thai, every dish is cooked with authentic Thai ingredients, Thai herbs, and freshest meats and vegetables for your health. As Stir-fried and curry are most famous, we use freshest ingredients, meats, vegetables and different types of Thai spices. For example, chili, basil, lemon grass, cumin, fresh coriander leaf and garlic are commonly used for your favourite dishes. They are proficient in cooking authentic Thai food and have profound knowledge of Thai cuisine preparations. All kitchen staffs also have proven experience and excellent skills in preparing and cutting fresh meats and vegetables and provide assistance to Chefs to keep up with delivery time..
